Major tune need help

Major tune up coming need help

In june i will be doing a tune up and these are the parts i have

Parts i have
* brake pads
* brake shoes
* spark plugs
* oil and oil filter
* rotors
* valve cover gasket

Parts i need
* dizzy cap and rotor
* fuel filter
* drums
* pcv valve
* Thermostat and gasket
* timming belt
* water pump

Didnt change the timming belt or water pump when i first got the car so that has to be change. Not take any chances with that

Is their any other parts i need

car - 99 civic lx
mileage - 184,xxx
problem - only had the car for a year and the only problem i have is that i get this surging while driving.
Last tune up - was done when i got the car last march

what about?
Sparkplug wires
oil pump
air filter
accessory belts
wheel alignment
tire rotation

Spark Plugs and wires - changed when i got the car.
oil pump - not sure about much just go ahead and change.
air filter - I had got a aem intake off ebay so the that what i have on their
accessory belts - wasnt change when i got the car. will be changed when i get timming belt and water pump changed
Wheel alignment - had that done when i got the car
tire rotoation - didnt do that, tires were pertty good when i got the car but now i need some new ones

one more thing are their any sensors i should change
