So i made a post earlier about trying to get my engine out. sigh... anyway im in the same damn position. I couldnt work on my car for a while because i had to go work... I just wanna know if I cant get these axle nuts off, is it possible to just remove the whole axle/knuckle and do an engine swap like that? Ive done my research and people say do it, but i cant find any instructions on how to do it with the axle/splindle nut still on. (hopefully i can get a dremel tomorrow, if not. . . im screwed) oh yeah, the car is immobile and the stakes on the nuts are lifted.

take the axles off. un mount the engine and then pull it it out.

Apply heat to the axle nuts then use an impact gun to remove them.

This is the definition of schizophrenia -- from popcorn eating marshmallow to 100-gallon tough guy in less than a minute.

take a screw driver, stick it in one of the little slots thats in the rotor, rotate rotor till it hits one of the caliper braces, take a breaker bar and a piece of pipe then use that to break those suckers free. works like a charm
