2 weeks from today i will be having a follow-up appointment with my orthopedic dr to check out my shoulder. apparently i will be starting physically therapy but i'm hoping i won't have to wear this sling anymore! I want to work on my bike and start riding!

but theres a difference. I would just be going in to the shop to wash a truck. I am not needed since my crew doesnt have any jobs up. So technically its a day off if i want it.

I already have over 100 hours on the pay period since last sunday with taking three days off...

Dont think its gonna kill me to hang out today..

Going to the gym right now. Then gotta make follow up call on my refinance. Then a new battery and plugs fir the rx7 to try and sneak it home...

Then pick up my daughter and hopefully play catch or go on a bike ride with the boy!
