Does anybody know how to refurnish the panels?

Also where can I get a new carpet and how to install the carpet..

This is for a 93 civic hatch si model

Carpet can be found in varios places if you search, here is one.

Install is pretty straight forward. Take out the center console, door sills, and seats, remove old carpet, install new one, cut holes where needed.

As for the interior. Good old fashioned elbow grease(cleaning) would do wonders for it, depending on how bad it is.

Alright thanks..hey I got another question...do you know if the em1 si interior will fit into my eg hatch? Both front and rear seats

But here ya go...
Swap seat rails, use your stock seat rails on the EM1 front seats, they'll line right up then.
Coupe rears will not fit the hatch, coupe/sedan seats mount, secure and fold differently than those from a hatch. Hatch seats fold 50/50, coupe/sedan is more like 60/40.
