N/A = Naturally Aspirated (No turbo or any type of boost)
as for a header, cat-back and cams, depends on the brand and style. just a regular no brand header will probably give you a few HP (to the crank, no the wheels). same with the cat-back. obviously if you buy a better brand, you might make a few more. cams can give you 5 or more WHP depending on the brand and intensity of the cam.

my opinion is unless you plan to really put money into the motor i wouldn't do much to the motor because you'd just be spending money on parts that will not do much but add noise..they do advertise that intakes, headers, and exhaust systems will add horse power but horse power on the butt dyno doesn't count

Adding a cam on a D series isn't going to do a lot. Unless you're adding a cam and building the internals for a turbo.

That's it.

Try to find some fully built N/A d-series that costs less than a boosted d-series. You won't. The d16 doesn't respond very well to n/a bolt-ons, your money is best spent boosting if you want power. Otherwise, just enjoy the gas mileage.

I would keep it stock just put short ram intake and a muffler or go turbo but that will only having you rebuild your engine and what not.

If the motors healthy I'd trust it up to like 160-170whp assuming you get a good tune, don't get me wrong you could take it up to like 200ish whp but if anything goes wrong ur bending a rod. Otherwise build that bad boy, new rods, forged pistons, all new bearings rings etc, and preferably better valvetrain and boost the s**t outta it lol. Just do your research. Google stuff and check out

Before it goes there everybody play nice.
He was saying if the motor is healty and you boost it without rebuilding anything he would only trust boosting and tuning it to 160.
Op most of the questions have been answered use the search thread on here and google.
Juice got you covered on the turbo thing so keep talking to him
Even on a built motor i wouldnt run that much nitrious on it
Id build it and stay at a 75 shot
Do you understand that with a turbo setup your looking at probably 3k doing it right including all turbo stuff and tune.
