They're going to ask proof of who ever is selling it cheaper. After that they will sell it for that price you saw.
I already provided a link showing them the price. The form asks for it.

you should be able to buy that product now at the price you saw somewhere else. They're probably verifying.

Does anyone know how tire price matching competitions work? Tirerack sells Yokohama S. Drives for $101/ea and discounttiredirect has em for 107/ea. I filled out the "Found it lower? Let us know!" form and received an e-mail back telling me to give them a call. Before I try this route, hows this ish work? Do they try to milk you and get you to buy other s***? Or is it just, "Hey, here's our offer, take it or leave it"? I am not a bargain person by any means. I usually just buy something without asking twice. But s*** $101/ea is a lot. I paid like $84/ea 3 years ago.
i live 15 mins from tire rack. they will require proof of the other price, either as advertising or an official price estimate form from the other retailer. of course they might recommend another comparable tire, but they will honor the price.

If I go to jail, would anyone be willing to bail me out? I almost killed one of my teachers today.

f***ing. BALLER. I called DTD and the guy sold me 4 205/45/16 S. Drives for $390 shipped. Which is f***ing PHENOMENAL. I paid $385 shipped through TireRack in 2009. They were $15/ea cheaper then too.

Go to HIDPlanet.com and check out their forums. Lots of truck owners with retrofits. Projectors all the way man. They are going to blind a lot of people since trucks are naturally higher up than regular cars. But retrofits are way worth it.

you just gotta aim them lower.

make sure you use proper lenses in a proper housing. scatter = s***ty as hell
that's why i was looking at a retrofit setup in a projector housing. just putting in hid lights in a oem halogen housing would be a bad idea. i don't want to do any major cutting to the headlight though. something that if he ever sells i would maybe be able to use the halogen lights in.

i am surprised you haven't posted that brz in here yet anfrey

also, tacoma recall: http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2012/03/recall-alert-2005-2009-toyota-tacoma.html
Yeah if you aim them lower you should be alright. But you're still going to blind people. I still get flashed all the time because people are stupid. They don't realize that when they are below your cut off (ie - when coming up a hill or going over humps), it's going to be bright. I've had my friend driven my car for me before while driving toward it. It looks completely stock, no glare. There is some VERY minimal scatter since the stock reflector cone bounces some of the light.

Morimoto Mini H1's and Mini D2S' are popular plug and play projectors. No cutting involved. They lock in via threaded nut on the back of the projector. I have the Mini H1's.

Eating some din din, then leaving in about a 1/2 hour to work on the car. I can't wait until Spring break. Swapping transmissions and changing her up a wee bit. ;)

No need for a B in it. My purpose is low and slow. I actually told Rob he is NOT allowed to dump the new car. My job is to be slammed, his is to be quick(er) and somewhat low. He grumbled, but agreed. :D

I mean, FFS, we can't do the same thing..

lol. You guys could have twin cars (somewhat) ;).

Now I need a new muffler.... f**king great. Then after I get a transmission, this is the most I'll be dumping on my car in this short of a time frame in years...
