a little over 5'8" and skinny as flock. it helps the power:weight ratio i guess from all the food i eat you'd expect me to be bigger, but superfast metabolism keeps me from gaining much, if at all.

i mean, it's 0214 and this is what i'm snacking on. over half a lb of salmon on a bed of rice with a veggies

and i'm gonna have a bowl of ice cream (about 5 scoops) w/ sliced banana after this.

i'm down for that, though i wouldn't be good at giving accurate measurements or times. a lot of it comes down to experience and taste testing as you cook. i mix by scent and flavor and my cooking times are based on look and internal temperature. i suppose i could make estimates for the sake of typing up recipes, but YMMV... always check internal temps and taste test (in that order) before plating/serving!!

well things always change per oven and altitude so general guessing is good for the most part. just thinking since sometimes i don't really know what to cook. plus certain areas and people have different meals others might now have tried

Same here. Must be an asian thing. I used to eat like absolute s**t even late at night for years and I've never once been over 150lbs in my life. I'm just under 5'6" right now.

i am super excited because i got my bike all back together and i am able to ride it with my shoulder and the condition it is in. I was worried I'd be off the bike for a few more weeks.
tonight gotta do some finishing touches, wash the bike, clean/wax the chain, and then saturday morning bring it to the shop to get a new front tire.

very pumped about this 70s weather too

Oooo sucky! I had to go back to my BB awhile back and it was HORRIBLE. They're so limited compared to many phones now.
