They are a sponsor on here so I thought it would be safe to order.
Well look at that... I've never paid attention. Their last activity was 3/7. That kind of sucks if something shady is going down.
So within hours of posting this thread I received a response from them (coincidence?) Apparently their distributor shipped the lip and they could not find my address I gave them (I have had over 10 packages delivered just this month for my turbo set up). My car goes in for paint tonight and now I will have to pay extra to have them paint the lip when it gets here.....this sucks!

Where are you getting your car painted? PS I'm pretty sure I sold you some part in RIT's parking lot this past summer hahaha.
At least you got a response.
I can say I'm kind of not surprised at this.
Unless you're dealing with a business who actually has the part in stock and ships directly, instead of a middleman seller who deals with a distributor, you more likely to run into problems like this.

So after waiting over 2 weeks I finally received my lip in the mail today. Here is the story I received from JSH:
The lip I ordered was out of stock so they had their distributor drop ship it to me. Magically the lip was sent back to the distributor due because "carrier was unable to deliver cause they could not find the address". The lip was then "resent" (doubt it was ever sent the first time) to the same address I originally provided.

As you can see, "hardware" is included with the lip. I received the lip in a bubble wrap bag with nothing else included.
BUYER BEWARE OF JSH.....minimal customer contact (would expect to be contacted if a item was out of stock when I ordered it) and the product ordered is delivered not as advertised.
I would hate to see someone drop a few thousand $$ on a swap from these guys and get the service that I have received on a $100 item (EVERY customer is important).
