The plans for now consist of avoid cops and make it more reliable. The b18a1 swap is illegal in my state so I'm considering picking up a single cam and building it up by next years safety and emissions. For my highschool graduation my parents want to get some decent paint on it. I'll add some pictures of the body all cleaned up, but the engine I'm leaving as a surprise for a little while

Why are swaps illegal there?

@2slo4u, no difference between b18a1 and 94-95 b18b so I'm assuming it has the 96+ b18b valve cover

I can do a swap as long as its the same liter. Or the same liter as a ex, dx, si, etc. It's bs. I had my teg bored out wayyy too big but since it said b18b I was cool. Utah sucks, I'm probably moving back to SoCal. As for the valve covers, it's a common misconception. The covers are no based on year or b18a or b. they are based on obd1 or obd2.

Haha I'll trade you! The head needs valve seals, but I'll throw in a b20 non-vtec head. I can get away with the illegal engine because I work for a carwash that's attached to a jiffy lube. I bribed the guy lunch to not pop the hood.

So tonight I ripped out all the interior and started cleaning everything. It's more of a pet peeve than anything. Took the valve cover, again. My friend nicely put it on for me, he did it wrong and shot oil all over my intake manifold. I'll do the oil pan in a few minutes while I have the headers off. I also have a special surprise for all of you shortly

Just found out my dads work is moving us to SoCal within a couple months. Good thing is his company is paying for the move, that means the eg is going on a trailer and getting moved so I don't have to drive it!

What a difference!

I say forgo spending the wad of cash on the Cf hood and rear hatch, the black really breaks up all the red and I think looks good. Though with the black lip, I'd paint the side skirts black again
