So my del sol has proven to be impractical. Thought it'd be fine having a two seater but I'm ready to have some room. I've gone through a few cars (94 Chevy s10 blazer, 95 civic ex, 95 Acura integra ls, and now this 93 del sol.) I'm more concerned with comfort and reliability than speed. I've recently gotten into mountain biking and would like to continue riding and see where it takes me. I'll probably get a roof rack but I'm considering some SUV's. As of now I'm looking at 6th gen (1998-2002) Honda accords, but I can't find any manual transmission ones around me. It all depends on how much I can sell my car for, unless I can find a trade, but I should have a budget of about 3 to 3500. I like Ek hatches as well as eg's but I can't find any that haven't been hacked up and Id like something fairly stock. I'm not very familiar with any other brands, other than Hondas. I know enough about Hondas to know where and what everything is and how to work on them, what's interchangeable, etc. but I'm not afraid to venture out. Any ideas?

Are you only looking for another 2 door? Cause I always see 4 door tegs on craigslist around me for close to the price you mentioned. Usually they are automatics tho

I alway thought a first gen crv would be a cool one to have. And if you were looking to build it, find a 5 speed one a they look sweet on coilovers

NOOOO! Don't get rid of the del sol. :-(

I'd try to find a Subaru Legacy GT. One of the olders that you might be able to afford. They're sedans and pretty sweet cars.

Heres what you need.
Lol I feel like the bike rack is excessive when you could fit the bike inside the car with the seat down. Lol, but I think I'm leaning more towards a coupe and less towards a four door/ SUV. Though if I do get an suv, It will definitely be a four door. (2 door suv's aren't too good looking imo)

There's a new popular accessory in the new car lines that you need to investigate prior to purchase. It's called the painless penile kidney stone extractor. Worth every penny.

yeah, this is what I really want. But I can't find any 5 speeds, just a ton of automatics.

Ahh, idk. If I come across a good deal on one I may at least check it out and test drive it.

My friend has I think an 02 accord 4 door. I'd say look into those too. His looks great, with a nice drop and a clean set of wheels you'll forget it's even a sedan

I don't know what your personal (girlfriend/wife/kids) and financial situation is (other than having cash from selling the sol) but can you buy something newer? It sounds like you can't hold onto a car for long and you want comfort and reliability so I assume you'll stay away from modifying so maybe lease one?

I used to be hardcore coupe lover too but it's weird getting older. Everything I used to want...has completely changed.
