3000 RPM Idle need HELP

do you know if you have the correct ECU for the engine? when i first got my car i had a d16y7 (99 dx) with a d15 vx ECU idk how it was running (probly cuz i had a obd1 setup) but my car wouldnt go over 3000 rpms i know the guy above said reset the ECU but if that dosnt work maybe look into buying a new one that worked for me.

Well orderd all new sensors they will be in tomorrow after I change them ill let yall know how she goes thanks for all the help

Hey guys thanks for the help pulled the FITV off cleaned it an readjusted it car runs perfect thanks again
