Just had an interview with General Dynamics for a Network Defense position (GD is contracted under Homeland Security) and it went pretty well! So we'll see!

I'm at work now, then most likely going to a Heaven & Hell party tonight Three floors of a building: hell, purgatory, heaven... different themes & drinks on each floor. I'm pumped haha.

i'd say the more mods posting in a thread the less likely it is that any moderating will actually get done. aside from them deleting posts that they personally dislike.

Personally dislike? No. The posts that were deleted had absolutely NOTHING to do with the topic. I'm sorry, but talking about man boobs, posting goofy pictures of Tom, and discussing your favorite members, all has no place in a serious thread about old members bashing new members.

Yea, you've been a d**k lately, no two ways around it. You called the OP a crybaby, said new members are a "batch of tards", "lazy f*cks". You then continued a slew of petty insults, with no purpose or reason, through PM's with me. You don't seem to understand that ADULTS state their opinion in a MATURE manner. "Just saying what I think" is not an excuse to be a d**k to someone...and the staff is always going to enforce that rule. If you don't like it, you can leave.

You also fail to realize that the "Off-topic section" means that we discuss topics that are not related to Civic's....NOT that we can discuss whatever we want in whatever thread we want. The section itself holds no significance to what the topic of the thread is.

dude that thread wasn't serious at all. that thread was a newer member labeling all older members and i quote:

is this how we mature adults should act? sure R3dline might of been a d**k to the OP but he was a d**k to all old members even ones he doesn't know. and since when were you given the right to tell people what they can and can't say. if the OP gets to sall all of the respected members are big headed assholes then i think we should get to say our lovely impressions of him in return.

today i avoided CC because of that stupid thread earlier. hopefully other new members didn't see the way the site handles those situations.
