99-00 Fog-light wiring messed up; help!?

I bought foglights yesterday - new wiring harness but used lights. My cousin set up the wiring for me and i was to work on the cutting and finishing at my house, haven't talked to him since and don't have the time to meet up with him again this week. All the wires were set and ready for me to cut my bumper and plug-in the lights but as I was driving home the wiring harness fell out of the engine bay and a lot of the things were split so I just tied them up with shoelace until I got home. I have a few concerns now;

-Do the two split ground wires in the first picture (harness to 2-pin connector) go together?
-What's goes in the 4th empty slot in the relay?
-What does the ground wire near my power steering connect to; shouldn't it be connected to the driver-side fog light; if this is so then what do I do with the other ground connection in the harness?

Bump? I guess im missing the ground for the passenger side foglight...right?

It's hard to help you because we have no idea how the system should be wired and because it does not look stock. Does your set up have a switch, relay, and inline fuse? What circuit did you tap into for power? What company did you buy the harness from? Did they provide instructions? If so, post them.

Yeah it's really hard to tell what could be wrong and what goes where. Most aftermarket fog lights are confusing as opposed to Honda OEM fog lights (which have directions that can be found online).

I'd contact the company and ask for directions if you didn't get any.

It has a switch; relay, and fuse yes. It looks a lot like the wiring used in this video:

Hmm; I bought it wrapped in new plastic along with used lights off a local deal from a guy. I tried contacting him about it but he said they weren't sold as wiring harnesses alone (I assume had had a new set of foglights with the old wiring harness, and he sold me his old set of foglights with his new wiring harness)
