My dad woke up this morning around 7 and went to check garage and he said the other garage door was open. I woke up to check and they took my Blown Subwoofer with no Amp (it was in my car but not hooked up to any amp), 4gb USB. nothing else...I think they tried to take my deck too but I locked my deck. Though I had my car parked in the garage but I didn't lock my driver side door cus I thought it would be okay since it's in the garage. But s***, they went throught the driver side door.So Friggen Pissed:evil:

Jokes on them I guess. It could have been worse, they could have broken a window, ripped aprt your dash with a crowbar to get to the deck, or taken the car itself. Make sure to lock up and keep a lookout. Criminals always return to the scene of the crime...

Ha! I keep my keys in my car when I park in the garage. If you were like me they could have went for a joyride and left your car at the bottom of s**t lake.

Still pissed. I kinda think it's my neighbors friends/homies. This has never happen ever since I lived here until they moved next to us. Their friends looks like they are in their 19-22. I have way better sound system when I had my TL and be thumping hella loud and nobody broke into my TL and thus it's parked outside too!

Go with your gut instinct I say. It probably was those kids. The person who broke into your car was obviously a noobish criminal and gotta have gotten away with your car, if they knew what they were doing. Sometimes it's the people closest to you or around your area that are committing the crimes. There was a flare of people here in Austin claiming their catalytic converters were stolen for the precious metals inside them, and it happened in their own neighborhood. Let people know you are watching your car like a hawk. Maybe invest in a simple alarm. Criminals hate to see any kind of blinking lights in cars.

I bought a led blinking kit at RadioShack for 8 dollars and a 3 dollar switch from autozone and modded it a little and installed it to a hole made from the previous owner near the cluster housing and turn on when needed

^x2 People laugh, but If someones stupid enough to break into my garage or attempt to steal something off my car somewhere else, I wouldnt think twice. It may be a set of POS bronze Rotas, or something cheap but they are MINE ..lol

..I'll deal with the police later.

Stakeout, capture, detain, get a bunch of tiny razors, hydrogen peroxide, a tub of ice, muffled ear muffs, blacked out goggles, get creative.

My dad stakeout after his EE Wagon was broken into with his friends and he had noticed this silver cavalier kept circling the area every couple of hours. So he got myself, and some friends from work to stakeout in one of those chevy work vans. So my dad "gets home" around 5pm, around the time the cavalier makes it rounds, and he rushes out of his car after parking in the driveway, while acting like something happened inside because he was on his phone. While on the phone and hurrying inside he said, "What?! I'll be right inside and ran inside without locking the door. Mind you, that the rest of us where huddled in this van like it was Ocean's 11, just waiting. And sure enough the cavalier was parked at the corner, but not on the same street; like on the intersection by the stop sign. And then some guy gets out and starts walking toward my dad's car while he is inside, the guy puts on a hood, scopes the area for a bit, checks that my dad is inside and we had him watch a movie in the living room with surround sound; so the thief is like perfect and just opens the door and goes to work. After a minute, I come up and open the door and pull the guy out and my dad's friends come rushing out and we struggle with him to the ground and ziptie his hands and legs, simultaneously calling the cops. We recorded the damage as he was trying to get the center console, glove box, and pods from the back of the wagon. Cops came, arrested him and never had problems again. We ended up asking the cops what happened and he had warrants for grand theft auto but his sentence was lessened because he ratted out his associates so the cops boosted patrols and starting cracking down on the car break in's.

No fat chicks, car will scrape.

^ You're a better man than me....I dont think I have that much self control..

I'd at least want a finger or something to leave his life never the same again.

As cruel as it sounds, if I was able to catch someone in my vehicle trying to steal it, they'd get the ass whoopin of their life.
