Thats sounds like the rear main seal on your engine.

It's just a seal around the end of your crankshaft. It is located right behind your flywheel on the block. It's a cheap part to buy, but a b**** to replace cause you have to drop your tranny to do it.

Do you know whether the fluid is engine oil and transmission fluid?

Is the leak coming from inside the transmission housing?

Is fluid leaking where the axles insert into the differential?

Looks to me that it is tranny fluid.

Yes it is coming from inside and the little drops hang in the bottom...it happens mostly when the car is sitting i rarely drive it but lets say i drive it and come home, and check twenty mins latter nothing is there, after one day of not driving i can see the little drop just lying there, it does not leak allot it verly leaks but its something that bothers me cause i work hard for my s**t .

No i just changed my breaks and inspected my axels and no leaks or fluid lying around it.

Yeah thanks bro, found a good write up, allot of dam work, i was planning on changing my clutch around sept, if the leak continues this slowly, again i rarely drive it, i will wait till i chnage my clutch to replace the seal.

A rear main seal is for the engine not the transmission. If the rear seal leaks, you lose engine oil, not transmission fluid.

Note that your transmission may be filled with engine oil. See diagram I posted.

Since i got the car ten months ago i never check the tranny fluid, yesterday i did flush it and threw some fresh honda tranny fluid, am sure whoever had the car before use oil in it and if one cup came out that is exagerating it had little fluid inside,.

What i did today is put a little tray were the drops fall for in a few days inspect really good the fluid and from there analize if its oil or tranny fluid.

You can add a leak-detecting dye to the MTF. If the leaking fluid contains the dye, then you know the source.

If the leak is MTF and is coming from inside the clutch housing, then the leak is almost surely from the input shaft seal. In this case, you need to drop the transmission, crack it open, and replace the input shaft bearing and oil seal.

also check the diff seal with your axles... if you over filled your transmission when you installed it, it will slowly bleak from the diff spline area when sloshing about.

if the leak happens when the car is at rest (hasn't moves in a day or so) then your input shaft bearing/seal is the way to go.
