Did you have the head resurfaced when you changed the head gasket?
Have you made sure your not still losing coolant or having murky coolant?
Did you bleed it after the new radiator?
Does you radiator fan turn on?
Are you sure its actually overheating or could it possibly be the gauge or the Engine Coolant Temp sensor?

I havnt resurfaced the head...i did bleed it....the fan turns on....yea im overheating because the coolant is comin out into the bottle .... I change the temp sensor n the fan sensor....

You always resurface the head! It's the head and probably the gasket too since you didn't resurface it, the extra pressure is taking the path of least resistance.

change out the temperature sesnor on the thermostat housing.
could be a bad one. (it's what happened to mine) go to the junk and find one.

I agree to resurface, but also make sure it isn't the actual radiator. I had overheating problems on my d16y7, thought it'd be a long shot but went ahead and replaced radiator, cap, thermostat, and hoses, haven't had temp probs since.

Yes but as the rpm or load increase it will push more fluid out. The strangest one i've come across was a car that would idle and drive fine everywhere around town all day long but the second you went onto the freeway it would start to over heat. The shop i use said they hadn't heard anything like that before. Long story short it had a bad radiator, since i changed it myself, the car has been driving fine. But that is how i had bought it.

Is the radiator fan turning on? That's what you need to check, if is not turning on then you need to check fan switch sensor (temp sensor). You can bypass it by using a wire and jump it. The fan should come on.
