best power gain

hey guy i was just wondering what parts are they best to buy for more torque or just for the best power gain, without turbo or nos

What kind of car do you have? What motor? SOHC (single over head cam)'s don't respond well to bolt ons (intake, header, exhaust), but you will notice a slight gain. As far as dramatic power, you'd be looking at either a swap, boost, or NOS.

just a cxi 97 sohc civic so your saying buy something better ? and spend money on that? how good do non turbo supras go? or intergra type r's?

I'm not familiar with Australian trim models, but I'm saying if you want to dramatically improve the power of your vehicle, then to either put a larger, more powerful motor in it, or turbo it.

Mine was built in Elizabeth, Australia. Reguardless labor is labor, besides the fact robots do about 70% of the work these days, you can train anyone to build anything, it's the parts that go into what is built, that really matters.

id still prefer a jap import than a commodore.. or any holden all together..holdens are mostly family cars

well i didnt say honda but s2000 do about 13.7 stock, with only 4 cylinder.
and jap just make all round better cars, like nissan, subaru, toyota, mazda and honda.
im pretty sure they had skylines in with the supercars, which raped both ford and Holden.
there's a reason why Holden aren't worldwide
