is there a big difference between 96-98 bumper and 99-00 bumper? I never really seen a big difference between the two?

Lose the Si badge, get an Si lip or Mugen style lip, lose the P&P HID's in both headlights and fog lights.

get a regular si lip

he'll never find a 96-98 SI lip for his car..they are so rare they arent even made.
a type r lip or sir lip will add a nice touch, or an airwalker bumper

98 front end compared to 00 idk how you wouldn't know the different either..thats like not being able to tell the different between a usdm and jdm itr

Anyone could help me out on what rims to get I was thinking white or bronze wheel I'm unsure of black because I'm not looking for that black on black look

I probably should have specified a little more is there a difference in the way they are installed? or do u need to modify them in any way to install them? and as far as wheels look at rota grids. or any rota wheels.
