It's probably because you took out your catalytic converter, so your check engine light for a failed cat is on. Either live with it or buy a dummy O2 that tricks your ecu into thinking the cats working. But before any of that you should do as stated above and pull the code

i agree to this public service announcement!

also those ebay exhausts are hit or miss. ive noticed the welds alot of time either are cracked or become cracked....i personally do my business at custom exhaust shops.

Please create thread titles that summarize your tech question/problem. See yellow highlighted text above.

Next, reset the ECU to see whether the code returns.

its because you replaced the cat with a test pipe so now the o2 sensor is sensing alot more since a test pipe has no guts or anything like your stock cat did.
i also am running a test pipe and used the defouler trick on mine.
buy 2 spark plug nonfoulers remove your 02 sensor the one that goes in where the cat would be thats now a test pipe.
you will have to drill out the first nonfouler a little so that the o2 sensor screws onto it after that take the second nonfouler and screw it onto the other one. Reinstall the o2 sensor that now has 2 nonfoulers attached to it clear the code and it will not come back if done properly. The light will not come back because the non foulers keep the o2 sensory from being able to sense all the exhaust that is there beause of the test pipe.
if you are confused on any of this or i didnt explain it well please lmk and i will find the write up that i first found when researching this.

THIS. Use a 1/2" drill bit. BUT, only one is needed. I ran with just one for over 5 years with ZERO issues.

Your first mistake was buying that..
Way to be helpful...
