call me cheap if you want but i dont want to spend $200 in a lip.. so i was thinking maybe a 91 accord ex could be a good donor?

For the car in your avatar? A 91 accord one wouldnt be a good choice since that bumper isn't as rounded as the front of your civic. I paid $120 for my em1 lip used. It had absolutley no damage, just needed paint.

The closest thing to fitting is a Honda fit lip, but if its in good condition you'll pay nearly 200 for it anyway. Like above, you'll have to find a used lip some place for cheap.

I just bought a new oem lip from the dealer and they are not 175 might wanna look again.

That lip would look jacked up on a Civic. I'd rather go with no lip than have one that fits awkwardly just for the sake of having something on my bumper. Keep your eyes open on Craigslist, I got my SiR lip for $60 used.
