OK p2p so what does that mean plus I hear of people chipping there ecu or plug and play also other weird stuff so can I do something to my ecu that world give more horse power or do I do that after turbo and other performance parts

There's nothing you can add to your ecu right now or any ecu to give you any more HP. Most tuners will not tune on obd2 ecu's so you'll need an obd1 ecu but having one would be useless if you don't need it.
