Hello fellow Honda Owners need some major help

I need some help honda owners

So I'm new to this game of forum so please excuse. Names Erik I have a 96 Honda Civic Dx non-tech, I've started some new projects with my BABYGIRL and I was told that this is the place to be for help. Looks like I ran into a situation bad help me peeps. I've set the timing belt to be at TDC on the cam and crank but when I put the harmonic balancer its not at TDC what could be the problem if everything is aligned correctly.

a title that states what is actually wrong will help you attracte people that know how to help you must faster. there are way to manny threads on the site that just say help sp some of the tech guys just skip oiver them.
and you mean non-vtec
