replacing my rear brake lines on a 96 civic with a rear disc conversion. What fitting

I have a 96 civic with a b18 swap and i think maybe si rear brakes? not sure how to tell. Anyways my rear brake lines that go to the rear caliper hoses rusted out and need to be replace. does anyone know what fitting i need for the ends of the hard line? Also how involved is it running the brake lines? thanks

yeah they had diagrams, which is awesome thanks for that. i just need to know the actual fitting sizes. they also helped me with finding new caliper bolts so that was a plus!
