Blew my engine.. Suggestion on engine swap/mods?

I believe my engine is blown, and i plan on throwing a engine swap in to fix it! :D

Suggestions?

I was considering a k20/k24a4 though they are like 6grand new and i am having trouble finding one in San Diego. Whats another engine that has some decent horsepower when turbo'd and built a little? b18s?

Basically im asking what is the most cost effective engine, as in which has the most horsepower/reliability for the money without being the cheapest engine.

Just tell me what you guys think or what engine swaps/mods you have and how you are liking them before i chose which way to go!

If your engine is blown, the best option available is to replace it with a used one. Used engines are low priced and good in quality and lots of people are buying it these days. Recently my father bought a used engine from an online place called * link removed * and got it at amazing price rate. So getting used parts is a nice option.

Uhhh. I think he likely got an engine for it, being it's been over two years...
