jdm fogs for 94 civic dx sedan help

i got some jdm fogs for my 94 civic dx sedan and my bumper doesnt have slots for any fogs options but i saw some pics where the fogs sit in the bottom corners of the bumper how should i go about where to put them and where to cut for placement on the bumper

on the back side of the bumper (yes you have to take it off the car) there is a template area, it looks like a raised ridge of plastic in the shape of the fog light, then there are mounting locations marked by > (some gibberish)< you mount to the gibberish.

ok i got them in.but now having problems with the wiring its popping fuses
