Choosing my next ride

Hey all.. i am stumped with a decision i can make. also i dont know if i want to build a efficient civic with upgrade air and oil cooling sytem and lighten the car as much as possible. or go the other route and make more powerful build. But right now i have an offer for a car. pics and info below. along with emails of what the guy said. I have offers for 4000 which i could build a civic with or trade for this one.

I ask if it was tuned, what car needs, and if he had the receipts to the car

i do not have receipts but if you see the engine you will see. i have 3 ecu's one is stock the other is p28 and i have a chipped and tuned p06 tuned for 10 psi launch control and 450cc injectors.. can be tuned to run alot more boost but i dunno if you would be able to run it on the streets. it needs brake lines. body work. and gas tank straps. i cut the straps because i am waiting for a high pressure pump. i have a 100 percent new clutch in the back seat. 2 bov's new clutch and pressure plate. fidanza 7 pound flywheel. 3 sets of injectors. 2 throttle bodies so u can run either obd1 r obd2. engine is really strong and doesn't smoke at all. and i also am waiting for the papers from the previous owner of the shell. i just dont have the time to finish it or i would. the turbo kit is also brand new. hasn't even been used for over 5 k. she's my pride and joy. and i wouldn't want it to go into the wrong hands.

Then i asked about the engine build

Its all built for turbo. Its got low compression pistons. And thicker rods so its can handle boost. I have a aem highflow fuel rail good for up to 1000 hp. It only fits on the obd2 throttle body. I had to run a d15 throttle body. The flywheel is as light as a dinnerplate. The turbo is a ebay ar .50 turbo. Its a precision knock off. Has 0 shaft play. Its been powdercoated. Brand new intercooler. Tenzo r valve cover. A real short throw shifter not some chopped off one lol. I'd like to keep the rims for my next build but would let them go for the rite price. 3.5 inch stainless downpipe. Brand new stainless turbo manifold. I also have the stock header incase u wanted to run it. Non turbo. Only takes 5 minutes to un install the turbo. I'm currently runnin a mitsubishi bov. I have an extra bov that's brand new


So guys, is this worth 4000 to any of yeas?

what ecu is in the car? with boosted rides you gotta take them at their word. they know you arent gonna pull the head apart along with the block. so if he seems shady then dont do it. but drive it and if you can trust them then go for it. a good runing boosted civic for 4k is a decent deal
