Apparently they're 1 in 100 million according to wiki. People at work were saying 10 million. Either way, extremely rare. I've personally never seen one. Until 2 came into work yesterday in the same batch. Wicked cool.

That's what I thought too. But apparently they're referred to as "albino"?

Well... I guess the orange ones occur 1 in every 10 million. Which explains why they said 10 million lol. Still doesn't explain why they said albino.......

Pretty cool stuff, John. I don't think I've ever seen one of those.

:thumbs up. I guess we're not going to sell em. The store wants to keep them on display for show. Pretty cool but pretty sad for the lobsters lol.

I haven't had lobster in so long...... Or crab...scallops. I miss those.....

How can you not have either of those when you're so close?! Seafood is my absolute favorite!

Come at me bro.
My town is the lobster capital of Canada bringing in more lobsters then most of Maine in just one town, those lobsters are pretty rare. I work in a lobster pound in the winter time and typically see 400 000 pounds a year and i might see 1 of those every 2-3 years.

Haha no clue.... I see them all the time. I just never bother getting anything. Now I'm craving clams and scallops....

That's crazy.... I'm actually kinda stoked that we're keeping them for show. Get to see those lil fuggers all the time.

This. UGH I want to live on a coast for fresh seafood!!!!!!!!!
That's the biggest bummer about the midwest. Perch and walleye and whatnot is good living in Michigan, but they ain't no lobsters...
