IMO, save your money. Strut bars do absolutely nothing if your car is stock.
What are your current suspension modifications if you have any?
But to answer your question, the easiest way is to buy an aftermarket intake. You can get away with a cheap eBay intake. Just throw on a quality air filter.

Couldn't disagree more. I just slapped my second one (yes, on a different car) on a bone stock suspension and the difference in steering feel is night and day. I drive about 40,000 miles a year, so saying I'm familiar with it is an understatement. Great upgrade for less than $200 unless you get something crazy expensive like a Carbing bar (one of which I bought back when they were $175).
