nope, they were one of the first "gift items" that jagex gave members as a christmas present the year that the game was released. You would get a christmas cracker, use it on someone and it would have a party hat inside, the color of the hat would be random. I had a couple but I had gave them to my cousin before I found out they went for a lot of real cash money lol.

Yeah they are considered more rare since everyone would open their cracker to get the partyhat. So, once I recover my account, who wants to get whooped on a round at the wild. I believe I am about 98 combat?

Notice my stats are very low, that was because all I ever did was "PK" lol. That was the only fun thing to me in rs. That and dueling. All my levels came from pking, yes that includes 99 range from pking lol.

Yeah they're private servers. They're okay. The real game has more technical support for bugs and things like that.

Totally agree. Although a few good thugs have come from the changes, try chopping yews in varrock north of the castle just before the lockdown on bots. Place was packeddddd.
