lowered on 15s

sooo i just put on my new wheels, rota kyusha 15x7 et10 wrapped in a 165/50/15. wheels look great! , veryy little stretch going on. ok so my question is i wanted them to be pretty flush but nothing crazy like these guys with 17x9s on a teggy! but after adjusting it to the ride height i wanted i feel like my s**t is way to low and i cant drive anywhere! my test pipe is always hitting s**t! obviously i could lift it back up a little but it would look dook af with 3inch dishes and not even slightly flush, dont get me wrong im not some noob with his fisrt civic, i had 2 teggys befoer my ek now, but those both had 16x7 and seemed to drive soo much better, basically wondering if anyone slammed on 15s is always grindin there s**t everywhere, thank guys!
