"very careful" being the key words there. A good polishing compound like Meguiars diamond cut or ultimate compound is good. Just make sure it's clear coat safe. That and some heat.

I just pulled mine off my civic since my paint is thrashed anyway, but to debadge my buddy's civic, we used a heat gun and a plastic razorblade. Just gotta be careful with the heat.

Well WD-40 did the job

I also wax the roof because it looked dry and faded. Not much but it's better

And I had time to take off the back bump (well part of it) I'm missing a screw on each side that helps pull the bumper upwards and forward. I just gotta get two screw to correct it.

Theres a eraser wheel that attaches to a drill that will take it right off. Can get it at any autozone or such...

So I tried my best to fix the gap. Here is how it is now hopefully it stays this way.

I'm trying my best to get this clutch in but with the hot weather and people not being dependable I can't. I might just tackle this myself and take it one step at a time. Replacing the clutch and fly is easy. I just don't know what exactly need to be disconnected and taken apart to drop the tranny.

Well I've decided to pass on my friends offer and tackle this myself with the help of my dad( he's doing it and I'm just helping lol) so in about 5mins I'll be ripping her apart. I'm going to pick up a new flywheel tomorrow morning from NAPA.

.....i just left the pin in when i changed out my clutch and just dropped the transmission along with the shift linkage by unbolting it at the shifter. They don't call that thing the "b***h pin" for nothing.

The only problem with that is my shift linkage is rusted where the shifter is. The whole assembly where the shifter and bushing are is just rust. I'll try to take it apart but I'm tryna stay away from it at all cost until I can find new shift linkage.

Well the shift linkage came out like a charm...tranny is almost back in. I just have to bolt up the rear motor mount an the tranny is fully in. Putting the tranny back in was a B***h and I hope I never have to drop it again unless the whole motors coming out with it. But overall today was a good day I learn how to change my clutch, flywheel and drop a tranny on with the car on jack point. Thank god I have a huge I-beam engine hoist in my backyard. I also replaced my rear main seal while I had the flywheel off so thats one less thing I have to worry about.
