What tires should I go with for my new rims?

Today for $220 I picked up these 17" Motegi rims.

They are in the need of some new tires. The tire size are 205/40ZR/17 80W (thats what the tire say that are on them now but they don't seem wide enough cause the lip sticks out a little bit) and I was wondering if you guys have any suggestion on brand and type of tire I should get. I am looking to drive with these rims during winter so should I just go with All-Seasoned Tires or get summer tires and a different set of rims and tires for winter? Also do you know anywhere where I could get the center cap for these? Two rims have them missing.

EDIT: Sorry if this belongs more in the Wheels / Tires / Breaks / Suspension part of the forum, but in my defense I am showing off my new rims =)

Continental DWS. Hands down best all season tire on the market.

Personally though, if you are going to run a winter wheel and a summer wheel, get a winter tire on one and a max performance summer tire on the other. I would suggest Blizzaks for winter.

You know I was wondering the same question, I was thinking of running michellin pilot sport cups cause I bring my car to the track and they have really hard side walls to prevent wheel spin but idk what to get, anybody?

Better tires for cheaper... Look into Toyo R1R, Hankook RS3, Dunlop Star Spec Z1( the new Z2's coming out in a few months), and Bridgestone RE-11. Those are the top street tires out right now.

Harder sidewalls don't reduce wheel spin, actually it probably makes it worse. Think about drag slicks and how soft the side walls are and how low of a tire pressure they run. R-compound tires and the top dog street tires I mentioned have very stiff side walls for less flex during hard cornering to maximize lateral grip. If by track you mean a drag strip, the tires I mentioned are not for you.
