What kind or size dampers can I use to lift my hood ....i cant stand that rod scratching my hood on my 99 dx sedan

just search 96-00 civic hood dampers on eBay. I got mine from eBay and have had no problems whatsoever.

I honestly don't remember which ones I got, pretty sure I got the cheapest ones I could find cause I really couldn't care less about them. There's a little bit of rust on the piston part of it, but nothing a sanding and good spray paint job couldn't fix. Probably going on 8 months or so of having them and I have not had a single problem with them. Super easy to install too.wahh any review on them??
