d16y8 camshaft question

hey,my camshaft broke and was wondering is there any other Honda camshafts that will fit my y8 block,ive got a adj. cam gear and am trying to go the cheapest and safest route to get my car back on the road and
I heard that a z6 cam will fit,is this true and if so will that bump up my compression or what?thanks and please respond asap..thanks guys..

the Z6 cam will fit, but it will be 4* off (you can fix that with the ADJ cam gear)
