Except we get walked on for being too nice. I had to learn the hard way. Got used FAR too often, friendzoned way too much etc. I'm kind of cold-hearted now, and it seems to attract women more. Go figure...

My ex was a huge nerd, and he let everyone walk on him. I helped build him up, then he became a huge d**k and started using me and everyone for everything. We split and he's cleaned up a bit...but if I had to choose, I'd rather him be a pushover again even though I didn't do that to him.

My current WAS a bit of a pushover, but he's really stood his ground with people that used him, and he's kind of opened his eyes a bit. It's such a turn on having him confident, but still slightly shy, yet so kind and sincere.

I've dealt with some nasty experiences in the past, which has unfortunately made me very unwilling to give women second chances. If she cheats on me, treats me like garbage etc., I'm gone. No ifs, ands or buts. I can't help it.

I'm very confident in myself now, which is good. I stand my ground and don't take s**t at all. I'm nice, still (definitely not an a*****e haha), but I just have no tolerance for anything. It's pretty bad actually. I have to learn to give a little.

No, that's not bad. Not tolerating someone being unfair to you is a good thing. Rob tried to snap at me this weekend a couple of times and I stopped him instantly. I WILL not be spoken to in an ill manor, and I will not do it to him either. Granted, he was sick this weekend so he was crabby and felt like crap; it's still not an excuse. And NO I'm not calling him out...I've snapped prior too, but I realized I was doing it and stopped.

The old me would've ran from the guy. Now I stand my ground and let it be known I'll peace out if they want to treat me like crap. I've had to ditch a couple of guys too.
