Army MOS: Combat Ninja
Hi ladies and gents. My name is Lance and I am from the Sacramento Area of Northern Cali. I am 31, and am a married father of 3 crib midgets. This is definitely NOT my first Honda, but I am just returning from a short stint in the Euro scene where I was left stranded on the side of the road in my Jetta GLi on more than one occasion. Although the euro crowd was more than helpful to me and was always there for me when I needed them, being broken down on the side of the road on many occasions was not my idea of a good time, and I have decided to return to what I know and love...Honda. The friendships I forged within the euro community will be there regardless of what car I drive, so I have no worries. Through a long story made much shorter, I sold my '07 Civic Si coupe (my fourth and favorite Honda) and my wife's '03 Odyssey in order to buy her a Tahoe (our sixth Tahoe) so that she would have something big, safe, and reliable to haul the kids around in. I then bought the Jetta, but after the above mentioned issues, I decided to sell it and have purchased a '00 Civic EX with just over 52k on the clock. It has a few tasteful mods to keep me happy for now, but there are many plans for it in the future. I will have pics of it posted asap. I look forward to meeting you all and forging some great friendships. Have a great day!

Thanks, Tokyo! Believe it or not, I found it on Craigslist. I cannot disclose the price with you because I fear retaliation from the jealous (haha), but suffice it to say it was more than a fair deal. The previous owner has become a friend of mine, and my next mission is to help him find a running eg hatch that won't break his bank account, that he can build up. He was from the San Jose, CA area but has transplanted himself to my area north of Sacramento.

Thanks for the warm welcome, I am glad to be back behind the wheel of one of the most insanely fun-to-drive vehicles ever built, and I have had a LOT of vehicles in the last 16 years.

Thanks, all! Pics are forth coming.

@Darth: absolutely! I would love to help you out as much as possible. There's a pretty decent scene up here in NorCal and I am looking forward to being a part of it. The car I picked up is not RHD, although the previous owner did have an RHD Integra (he sold it, but he had it!), so it's funny that you mentioned that.

@emerican: Pics on the way, brother!

@Jeff: Thanks! Btw, I am here to learn. I was immersed in the scene a long time before my euro, but I still have much to learn and am always willing to do so, so teach me as you see fit!

Finally, the pics

Hmmm...I created a photobucket account to upload the pics, but it doesn't seem to want to work. Any ideas? The photobucket is under army4life530.

I had plenty of plans for the Odyssey, to include motor upgrades, tuned suspension, Volk TE-37s, audio/visual, etc. Back in the mid-late 90s, a French company (Renault, I believe. But correct me if I am wrong) had a minivan that was pretty badass. Supposedly capable of high speeds, and it didn't look to shabby, either. Never found out if it ever hit the road, but was a cool concept. That would have been my inspiration for the Odyssey. But I had to sell it after the tranny blew, so there goes that!
