where im at with my eg8 ~

hi guys, been a while since ive been on here, ive been busy with work and life and for the most part my two cars, the eg and my 69 bug.
well this is where im currently at with the civic, im pretty happy for the most part, A LOT has changed and im pretty content at the moment. yes its not the cleanest, jdm, usdm lol, and best car out there with the best parts, but its what i got and what im happy with.i am not done with this piece yet, i plan on a motor swap of a b16 or higher, and or a cheap ebay turbo setup with the single cam, more slamming and also i might do some more paint mods like the rims white, and or the side molds black [its to much white for me haha].

so without further bs lol, here she is, shes come a long way!

-LED bulbs all around [sounds ricy, but looks amazing at night] NO LED LAMPS !!!
-6k headlight hids
-oem style fogs
-3k fog hids
-type r badges
-type r shift knob
-mugen lip
-purple extended lug nuts
-knock off short ram intake
-knock off truck air filter
-knock off header
-knock off complete n1 style cat back exhaust
-knock off tow hook in rear
-knock off coilover sleeves - nasty drop but bouncy with stock blown shocks ha...

no the car isnt done, i have much more to go. i plan on the motor stuff and complete coilovers and new wheels, some circuit 8's or enkei 92s'.

haha ya dude i spray painted it with some dual spray paint, primer n flat black ha.

it was fun tho no doubt, especially when i re did it white with my dad with that gun, so amazing how easy it is to paint.

Looks great. I say either side mirrors and lip white too or leave them black and put door trim thing back to black and maybe side skirt black too

I'm with MYLOSS on that too. Keep the moldings white and paint the mirrors white. Keep the lip black and maybe get/paint the side skirts in black. I'm a fan of the all solid colors (partial to carbon lips/skirts though). And dummy me painted my bumper, trunk, and gas lid red last week and forgot to paint my moldings!!! I'm such an idiot.

EDIT... Though now that I look again, the mirrors don't look all that bad. Guess I'd have to see it person. Your car is pretty nice as is man!

lol its all user preference i guess ha and wow thanks u guys for the input everyone i know talks s h i t on my car all day err day haha..

but ya, im thinking of possibly keeping the mirrors black still and the side molds white, but i think the bottom most mold should be black to match the lip as well as its the lowest to the road, idk what u guys think about that

That would probably work, do whatever you like. I personally prefer paint matched everything but if your not gonna paint the lip you might as well put the sideskirts back to black to match better
