some bling eh
For now I had to satisfy my itch to change something in my car. Keeping it clean and spotless wasn't enough anymore. I almost ordered my function 7 LCA's but I'll wait till I decide on a coilover before doing my suspension. I was gonna go with a CTR shift boot but they weren't in stock. I went thru JHPUSA. This is my first time buying from them so I'll see how business goes.

Like Child says, "Jhpusa has been good to me!", and me as well...
you know ive read so many bad reviews on JHPUSA but every time i need something they've always been my main distributor throughout my whole entire build! I honestly dont know why they've been given so much dirty feedback!? But i can definitely vouch for them! Hell, with all the stickers ive gotten from orders and free coupon codes i get with them through emails, and mad pile up of receipts im surprised they havent sponsored me yet, lol...but your order experience should definitely be a great one! I remember the night the Neo-Crome asr brace came out and I was up all night just so i can be the first one to purchase it. So yea JHP should definitely be there on top with main distributors. They're site has been down to construction but you can call and place orders. Well GL with everything and hope your experience goes great ;)

I forgot all about IBC. thanks for the input k00PA. I'm gonna get a SiR lip in the near future, a real one of course. I also think I'm gonna go the SiR bumper route as well. No one in my town has a SiR coupe so why not.

Well I take it back I saw a sir coupe yesterday. It had blank bumpers but idc my s**t is still gonna be rare. Should I get real EK4 bumpers or do knock offs? I mean are people really using real JDM EK4 bumpers? I priced it on PWJDM it's around $800.

Id say go for the real bumpers cause you'll appreciate quality and fitment...
Plus even if one day you want to sell the car you can sell it for your asking price with legit parts and rarity ;)

Yea I see where you coming from. It just gotta jack up the cost of my build if I start buying all legit s**t. And if it gets stolen I'm f**ked out of thousands. It sucks that you have to live in a reality that your pride and joy is at risk all the time. The better you make it the more likely it is to get stolen.

Word, thats why you invest in the best security and a garage, lol

...but no seriously I'll tell you this, the more you put into it, it'll be cherished by you and others who want it...thats what makes this sh*t so addictive! I tell people all the time this is more then just modding cars for a hobby; its a lifestyle! If it wasn't people would be stealing all other cars then just honda's cause there's so much better/superiorvehicles out there to own. I bet right now you can name one car you'd like to have besides a honda off the top of your head right now without hesitation. So all the while for you to have a nice car and appreciate it for what its worth, you'll do everything in your power to keep it in you posession for as long as you want...So why not put a crap load of money into it? At least one day when you accomplished your goals or even just completing one BAD ASS honda, you can say you had the cojones to do it :thumbs up

I hear you...but I know sooooooo many people who got their car taken and they did everything they could to prevent it. That's what sucks about having a Honda but I agree more then you know about how this game is a lifestyle. I am not going to lie I live sleep eat this s**t. My fiancé hates cars and Honda bcuz of me but she knows how much I care about it and what it means to me. I can't tell you how many time she has been upset becuz I was on the computer instead of sp

Naw I live with a relative. But yes I live in a house lol. My fiancé is going to college in a few weeks so that's when I plan to make this build my #1 priority. That is if I still have a job. Layoffs are starting up again and this time it's my department that have a bulls eye writing all over it. But no matter what this car is here to stay =)

Word, well remember God pulls you away to to push you in a better position..so just keep that in mind! However one thing I will tell you, is work hard and it'll pay off forsure but Im not sure how old you are but save as much money as you can to better your future...trust me, cause if I can rewind the hands of time I'd do it all over again and the right way. I wasnt the best child and a hard head makes a soft behind as my grandmother would say, so just remember those words and dont forget we get older by the second so cherish and endure everything you have while you have it so in the end everything will pan out how you planned it. Well GL with the build buddy, and I'll definitely be tuned in watching your car grow!

Thanks that means a lot. I mean it's not in my hands. As long as I know I did my job the way it was suppose to be done in happy. If I get laid off becuz the company can't afford to pay me then hey life goes on. But I been following your build as well. You have a pretty good start and your build it rolling along nice. As of now I'm just learning what I can and applying it where I see it fits in my life. One day at a time I climb my mountain and when I slip I make sure I climb past my slip up. My last car had some eBay slip ups but I str8'n those out before I got rid of the car. This car is gonna be my first official build and I'm gonna do it the way I dream it wld be. I swear I day dream about what this cars gonna be every day but I know it won't happen over night and I'll have some bumps and road blocks along the way but trust I'll get there when I get there. And that can be said for this build and my life. This is definitely a life style man.

goodluck with the job, my dad is going through similar things at his job. Everyday he feels like hes walking on nails around there..

But I hear you on making it a priority! I remember last summer when my gf and I were still together, she left for school a month earlier than i did and all I wanted to do was work on my car lol.

SIR conversion would be pretty sweet for your car though, definitely something a little different
