I came in here trying to find new places to buy. Ended up finding out everywhere that I was planning to buy from people have had problems with them (ex. PasswordJDM, Andy's Auto Sport, and JHPUSA). So where do you guys buy from? And where is a good site to buy and engine swap? Also, if anyone knows where I could buy a complete 96-98 to 99-00 front end conversion or a manual to power conversion for windows, locks, & mirrors online let me know.

the thing is companies that big that sell that amount of parts there are always going to be people that didnt have the greatest experience. Andys auto is known for crazy shipping. other than that all those other sites youve listed either i or friends have ordered from with no problems. If you refuse to order from a site because of a few people saying they had bad experience then there is no site or ebay seller, {because very rare is there one with 100 percent feedback} that you will be able to buy from under that logic.
Yeah I understand that really I was looking for more sites that I could order from because my list of sites I have is kinda short. ProCivic.com, PasswordJDM, AndysAutoSports.com, JHPUSA.com
I've bought from JHPUSA, RobearRacing (not sure if they're still as reputable), weaksauceparts, jdmland (aka icbmotorsport), but most of my purchases have been from eBay. eBay is probably the best place to go as far as prices go. The only thing to pay attention to is seller rating.
eBay is 100% safe to shop on, if you know what to look for. I (usually) buy from sellers that either have the "Top-Rated Seller" or "Power Seller" badges. Meaning they have like 10k+ feedback and it's usually above 97%. You should (<-keyword) have zero worries when shopping from them. You can buy from sellers that have MUCH less feedback, just go through all their feedbacks. Read the most recent ones, look at all the negative ones and the reasons they received negative feedback, etc. Shopping on eBay can be quite time consuming for me since I pay more attention to sellers than the actual item itself.

Thank you! This is what I was really wanting someone to just give a list of places they have bought. And yes I know Ebay is safe to shop on thats where I have bought most of my parts from..... Yesterday my 06+ Si Rear seats were delivered in basically fantastic condition just a whole needs patched and they need vacuumed, then today my Haynes car service manual was delievered, and I have another service manual (actual OEM) coming in the mail. Ebay is where I will make most of my buys but I wanted other sites I could maybe look for newer named brand parts or JDM parts.
