I over-payed but i'm known for paying alot for something i want lol. It cost me a tad over $8,000 and it has quite the miles on it. 179,500. I had this thing on a car lift. It looks brand new underneath, too. The brake calipers don't even have surface rust on them and there is not a single oil leak.

My future plans for right now are having a dent remover take all the door dings out. and maybe 5000K hid headlights and 3000K fogs.

BIG MAYBE is full exhaust (like a wsII or greddy SP2. No rice can s***). Full suspension (coilovers. No ebay crap). wheels. and braided brake lines. JDM side markers, too but im kinda scared the paint wont match when i paint new fenders with the holes cut in them.

But right now i just want to pay the car off and keep it stock. Its too nice to mess with.

Yep, 8k is crazy high for 180k on the clock. What's kbb on it? Like $4000?

*edit*
KBB just said around $4300 private party, and $3k trade in. You got waxed

here is the Si badge that the glare hid in the first blurry photo

New floormats so i dont dirty up my OEM ones

Getting cleaned up for the SMP meet in Kansas City

At SMP

cruise

Getting the dents removed and the paint touched up this week. Then im getting an OEM car cover. Im going to cover it every night and lock it up because, sadly, this has to stay outdoors in a driveway. After that im going to drop 600 dollars on detailing supplies and polish the hell out of it. Get rid of swirls and scratches and make it a mirror. Then im thinking of polishing the wheels to a chrome/mirror finish because they are starting to corrode around the centercaps. Thoughts on that? Then probobally a drop on coilovers. New fogs will be needed, too. There is a rock chip in the glass covered with electrical tape on the passenger side. unacceptable.

Got Greddy SUS header today for 160. It had some ugly black paint on it. Im repainting it "aluminum". Pics later. Im not installing anything untill i have my entire exhaust ready.

Nice pick up. It's rare to find a em1 in this condition so I can see why u spent 8k on it. IMO it was well worth it. That's the perfect base. What more could u ask for and it's a em1 chassis.

Thanks, man. I love it. Every little blemish or skuff i get on it kills me. I have to realize itll happen as a DD. I recently looked at the sales recipt. My loan is for 8K for all the insurance and high mileage GAP bullshit. Car itself was only 7,250

How i got it

Aircraft remover.
Dosent look great underneath but for 160 you get function and not form. Im fine with that.

After a few coats of "aluminum" Rust-o-leom 2000 degree ceramic paint I have a Greddy SUS ceramic coated header.

I realize my room is nasty.
