Travis that s10 has a big block chevy in it i believe with a giant blower. im not up on my american muscle, but that truck is insane and the owner/builder is a super nice guy!
well last night i decided to stop being a pansy and get busy back out in the garage.
i needed a little liquid motivation first. always smooth...
started by trimming down the all thread to fit into my bracket so i can mount my coils.
then crudely fabbed up the bracket.
then messed around with where imma put my computer. this looks like a pretty solid spot. Original huh?
i had a u bend of 2 1/2" exhaust pipe that was just laying around. even though imma run 3 inch exhaust i figured i would mess around and see how imma run my exhaust.
ive been having ideas running through my head like crazy on how to build my new tubular core support and how exactly im going to get everything to mount up like grill and headlights and all that fun stuff. so i just decided to see if my ideas would work in real life. so heres a step by step so far of the way i thought would be the most functional and look the best...
and where i left off.
i was pretty happy with what i got done last night. ran out of sunlight, but i am going to head back out today and see if i can get a little more done. i need to mount my ecu and take some measurements and also get some more metal work done.
guess we will see what the day holds...

Started hacking up the oem core support.
See what im going after?
Ahhh snap!
And after a little more trimming then i will have to line everything up and get it all tacked back together...
Then i can mount the grill and build bumper mounts and do some trimming and mount my intercooler and figure out my radiator situation. Then run radiator hoses and mock up my electric fans! Ooooh im getting excited!
