Ever since I got all the leak problems fixed now to the EM1, I been going crazy and cleaning the WHOLE under carriage. now I'm hitting the engine bay and cleaning that up. Next I'm going to look into doing a wire tuck! Any recommendations?

Put battery in the trunk, and run the harness around through the fenders. Also if you have HIDs, put them in the fenders. Also, applying de-greaser to the engine itself helps. Also, obviously removing anything un-necessary will make the bay look more "tucked".

Here's my bay, I've basically done everything that I've posted above. But I still could make it WAY cleaner yet. ha. But hey, it's a work in progress.

Theres a ton you could do, right now im tucking my fuel line, full wire tuck, brake line tuck, clutch line tuck, battery in trunk, fuse box relocate and shaving some of the holes in the bay. Just depends on how far you want to take it and how much cash you got to play with.
