I'm running a similar style set-up made my endyn:

However, mine feeds the oil back into the back side of the block. The kit is a bit expensive but comes with everything needed to install it. Also, with the kit you can choose to keep your PCV system or not. I chose to keep mine to keep everything up to OEM looks for inspection purposes and everything has always worked well!

I'd steer clear of using your intake mani as a vacuum source. Use your break booster as a main and get a vacuum block if possible.

That's a really nice setup. Haven't seen that one before. WIll have to keep this in mind for the future!
