How high?ok lol but that wasnt the problem... but now i ask whats the reason for not having the high warm up idle when u first start the car??
Sure the codes said you were missing on 3 of 4, but that could have been a one time thing. Did you verify that you're still misfiring on the cylinders? Have you looked into root causes? I would start with that.yeah i no its crazy tig lol, but it doesnt feel like its missing or anything cant hear any of it, just that damn exhaust leak

i had the same problem on a 98 civic dx. Literally try losening the throttle cable up just a turn at a time of the bolt and it should do the trick
u no hondas warm up idle, usually around 1500 on a cold start.. and yes a good friend of mine used the code reader and when it said that he resetted the code reader just to make sure and they still came up.. and yet i dont no what causes a mis fire unless its the spark plugs or something major
check spark plugs for spark, check for fuel.
