i might be buying a daily very very soon and taking the civic off the road, that means you need to make a visit. im trying to cut a firewall and some wheel wells out asap if this goes through
Im sure if ur serious about me coming out i could. But ur gonna need a good welder with gas so we can get s**t done!
well mine can use gas, but my dad didnt see a need for it and he wants to make a cart first. i should figure out the exact model and see what you think of it

Well one of my lost packages showed up.
Rotary works water neck and catch can setup.
This position the radiator hose away from the turbo. Hopefully it works for my application...

So the new water neck was supposed to make mounting everything around the turbo easier. But the water neck still hits the turbo...
Looks like imma have to alter the turbo manifold.
But now that im getting closer to getting this running and im not guessing on where everything is going i can get a better idea of where i need the turbo to sit.

Well i was looking at the turbo mani and i think i can lower the turbo atleast an inch and make it work.
I also picked up a bunch of metal today so hopefully the weather doesnt turn shitty cuz i want to redo a bunch of stuff on this truck on my days off before i go back to work.
Well i tore everything off the engine tonight and im stressing...
Idk where to put this turbo and i have to fab another turbo mani...
To make myself feel better i ordered $500 worth of parts...

Go get ur diesel mechanic certs and then go to to ND.
Im far from baller status...
Maybe if i was single with no kids and no wife...
But that was years ago and i pissed all that money away.
automotive field pays like ass though, and i like to work hard and have some fun lol
