f**k that. Im young and able bodied.
The hours dont bother me and the paychecks r great.
Im putting money away like crazy and still building a truck and supporting my family.
I realize this job will not be around forever so im trying to make money and live my life so i dont have to rely on a job like this when it all goes south.
Sure it sucks being gone a lot, but its really one of my few options with the way the economy is right now.
If u guys are serious about a job pm me and i can give u details on a few companies. But i warn u. Once u get ur first paycheck u will never be satisfied and will only want more and more money and u will be broke before u know what happened...

this is my last year of school, when i graduate im going to be very serious about looking for a job like this. i planned on trying to work two full time jobs when i graduate anyways, i worked all day every day this past summer and didnt mind.
Actually i didnt even plan on getting a job in the automotive field, i was going to work at this company my dad does since they pay pretty good. when i graduate we will have to talk

Well i ordered new flanges so i can build a new turbo manifold...
Yeah! Today was nice then it got cold as hell and rained like crazy. Sucks :l
Ugh it pisses me off when i actually have a day off and cant do any work on the truck

why not just fab a custom water neck instead of makin a new manifold?

Basically i am not happy with the manifold and the placement of the turbo.
The guy that made it for me just wasnt into it like i needed him to be and its pretty half assed.
It either needs modified or redone altogether. There is more to it than just the water neck. That was just the last straw for me. So i ordered steel flanges so i can weld it up myself and dont have to wait a year and a half for a manifold.
I finally am confident enough in my fabrication skills that i will also be redoing some other things that have been bothering me.
Sucks redoing stuff but i cant roll with some of the stuff on this truck. It really drives me nuts...
