Ya i think so too. Will probably be a year or two before its chrome. It will definitely be one of the last things to be done. Maybe ill have found a chrome one by then
Got in some of my parts today. Too bad they didnt ship everything but i still say Rotary Works still kicks ass!
Got my braided oil feed line and my install kit with all the hardware u coukd ever ask for!
Also got my oil cooler. This thing is tiny but is supposed to cool 3x better than stock so ill give it a shot! Just need lines made and figure out how imma mount it!
Also got my new radiator thats actually gonna fit. It was more than i wanted to spend, but it was either this or pay for a custom radiator.
I dont have pics of the radiator yet, but i will get them up for you guys tonight when the sun isnt killing my pictures.

You wanna know why a turbo manifold is so expensive? Just in flanges and piping i am already well over $100. And this is just steel. Imagine that the price could easily double for stainless. And then you still have to pay for labor...
You working outside Fargo and Moorhead? My old man flies up there for work a lot and said Fargo isn't that bad of a place if you don't mind the cold weather.

i thik i want to make my own turbo manifold actually, id make come crazy one. hmmmm beats paying $800 for what i want
There is a lot of planning and thought that goes into one of those crazy manifolds. Its not just for looks ya know?!
Anyways im kinda stumped on mine. I think i have an idea but im scared :scared:

Alright well i decided after staring at this turbo manifold and brainstorming what i wanted to do i decided i just needed to cut s**t up and go for it.
So i took the turbo manifold i had my buddy build me that put my build on hold for a year and a half and hack it to pieces.
I bought all new flanges but i think imma try and use the old ones again...
Then i took two of the u bends and cut them in half.
Test fitting to see how i can do the reroute of the piping..
After lots of deliberation i realized i was going to have to redo the whole thing.
So i trimmed down the flange off of the keg so i can get the lengths right for the manifold.
And then tacked in place. Hopefully this is where i decide to leave it...
And the rear port tacked.
And thats where i left off. Hopefully i can get it finished tomorrow and fully welded!
But thats how u go about building a manifold. Well for a rotary atleast lol...
