VTEC Solenoid on D16y7?

I'm looking through the manual and cannot find out what this is on a D16y7 (98 Civic LX). It's on the others, but not this one.

Also, I have no idea what these go to. Each other? because they are two different shapes.

And if you can, please let me know what page it's on.

Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Green one is the pressure sensor, the other is just the other plug that goes with the solenoid(probably what actuates the solenoid).

Your car has a mini-me swap, wish I had found something good unexpectedly today. FML

Could this have anything to do with stalling?

Thanks for your help as well. I just bought this thing and have no knowledge of it. I'm used to an 86 Civic DX 1500.

I'm going to look at the ECU and see what we have.

Im pretty sure that you have a Miniswap meaning you have a vtec head on your y7 block. and that is the vtec solenoid. If you want the vtec to work you have to wire in vtec straight into your ecu. thats what the plugs are for. You have to find 2 wires with circle plugs for those plugs, and connect them into your ecu. LOOK up the pinout and see where it goes. and stick the wire into there.
