Ajustable springs help!

Bought car a couple of months ago it has adjustable coil overs when I went to ajust them I noticed one of the rear springs is missing the adjuster screw /cap. Can I use one from another doing or is it f"d

if you find one from the same model you can, but you might have to buy a set as they might not come separate
