So I have a stock gsr and I wanna get some headers for it what would be a good choice??

Depends really. If you need to be smog/emissions compliant, DC Sport is always good (but expensive). Otherwise, a lot of people rock Yonaka. I haven't used their header, but their exhaust systems are decent for the price.

Well right now I got an hks hi power exhaust and I wanted some more power the emissions test im not worried about but I wanted some good headers but not to expensive even though they all are.
If smog compliance is not an issue, get a Type R header. They will run right around $300, which isn't too bad. Other than that, Comptech and Edlebrock both make a great header for the GSR.
How much horse power will it give
You're not going to gain much from bolt-ons. With intake, header, and full exhaust with a high-flow cat (or no cat), you're looking at a maximum of 15-20hp. If that.
It can be significant if you get it tuned. My GSR swap is all stock except for a skunk2 intake mani. With the I/H/E and some advance on the timing, it dynoed at 176whp. That's pretty significant, like 30hp over stock. GSR intake mani is pretty restrictive though.
The b18c is 170hp stock, so if that's what you put down dynoed, you made 6whp.
A gsr is 170 hp at the flywheel, that's not whp.
Where could I find type r headers and how much are they??
